69th Session of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space

SWF will contribute to the 69th session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee (STSC) of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) in Vienna, Austria. SWF Executive Director Peter Martinez, Senior Director, Private Sector Programs Ian Christensen, and Senior Program Analyst Alex Shi will represent SWF during the session. SWF Advisory Committee member Bruce McClintock will also attend as part of the SWF delegation. SWF staff will participate in informal and intersessional meetings of the Expert Group on Space Situational Awareness on June 8, ahead of the formal COPUOS session beginning June 10. Staff will also attend informal meetings, side events, and technical presentations during the session as schedules allow.
