SWF Will Participate in the 26th AMOS Conference in Maui

Secure World Foundation is proud to support and participate once more in the annual Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance (AMOS) Technologies Conference. We are pleased to collaborate with the Maui Economic Development Board to produce the AMOS Policy Forum, which takes place each morning of the conference and brings together international experts to discuss key policy issues in space situational and domain awareness.

The AMOS Conference, held September 17–19, 2025, in Wailea, Maui, convenes government, industry, and academia to examine challenges and opportunities in space surveillance and traffic management.

SWF participation

At the Day 1 Policy Forum, SWF Chief Director for Space Security and Stability, Victoria Samson, will moderate a panel on international military information sharing for space domain awareness. Panelists from the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and India will discuss practical steps to improve cooperation and close capability gaps.

At the Day 2 Policy Forum, SWF Senior Director for Private Sector Programs, Ian Christensen, will moderate a discussion on U.S.–China space safety information sharing. Panelists from industry and research institutions will examine how operators and governments can strengthen coordination to improve operational safety.

In addition to participating in the public conference, SWF is sponsoring an invite-only AMOS Dialogue on September 18. Find more information at AMOS Dialogue in Maui 2025.
