Victoria Samson to Participate in OSI Space Security Workshop

Victoria Samson, Chief Director of Space Security and Stability at Secure World Foundation, will participate in a one-day space security workshop hosted by the Outer Space Institute (OSI) on February 18, 2026, in Ottawa, Canada.

The workshop will convene Government of Canada experts from the Department of National Defence, Global Affairs Canada, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, and the Canadian Space Agency.

Discussions will focus on space security issues including the control of data relevant to targeting, space domain awareness beyond Earth orbit, and the stationing of weapons in space. The workshop will provide opportunities for dialogue between participants and government experts.
