Victoria Samson to Participate in Security Discussions in India

Secure World Foundation's Victoria Samson will participate in the annual Track 2 dialogue between the U.S. National Academies of Sciences' Committee on International Security and Arms Control (CISAC) and India's National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), held December 3–6, 2026, in Bengaluru, India.

The dialogue will convene experts from both countries to discuss pressing international security issues, including arms control, strategic stability, and emerging security challenges.

Samson will present on recent statements by U.S. officials acknowledging U.S. on-orbit space control weapons, examining their significance for space security and the broader international security environment.

Her participation supports SWF's mission to promote cooperative solutions for space security and the long-term sustainability of outer space activities.
