Secure World Foundation will participate in NeoSpace Europe 2026, taking place October 20, 2026, in Luxembourg.
Ian Christensen, SWF Senior Director, Private Sector Programs, will co-facilitate “The Road to Sustainability,” a workshop held as part of the conference’s NewTech in Space track. Christensen will co-facilitate the session with Muriel Hooghe, Senior Manager and Lead for Space Safety at the Luxembourg Space Agency.
Participants in the workshop will be drawn from NeoSpace Europe conference attendees, and a short summary report from the workshop is anticipated.
NeoSpace Europe is organized by the Luxembourg Space Agency and builds on the legacy of NewSpace Europe. The conference focuses on emerging opportunities in the commercial space sector, including market trends, new technologies, geopolitical dynamics, business development, and talent.
SWF’s participation will support its work on space sustainability, private sector engagement, and international cooperation. The engagement is also exploratory, with LSA expressing interest in a larger collaboration with SWF on future editions of NeoSpace Europe.
