Secure World Foundation will participate in the 10th European Space Generation Workshop, taking place July 18–19, 2026, in London, United Kingdom.
Organized by the Space Generation Advisory Council, the European Space Generation Workshop brings together students and young professionals to discuss regional space issues and develop ideas for Europe’s future in space. The 2026 workshop will focus on the theme “Securing Europe’s Future in Space.”
The event is designed for students and young professionals ages 18–35. It will include networking opportunities, expert-led panels, and roundtable discussions. Workshop discussions are expected to support policy recommendations and collaborative ideas that may be shared with the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.
Kathleen Brett, SWF Program Analyst, Space Security & Stability, will attend the workshop after being selected through a competitive application process. Her participation will support engagement with young professionals across Europe and provide an opportunity to discuss SWF’s work on space policy, space security, and space sustainability.
SWF’s participation also supports outreach to Europe’s next generation of space professionals, including ahead of future SWF events in the region.
