Secure World Foundation will participate in ASTRA Workshop 2026, taking place October 8–9, 2026, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Kathleen Brett, SWF Program Analyst, Space Security and Stability, will speak during the workshop and take part in discussions and networking activities focused on artificial intelligence, autonomy, space sustainability, commercial space, responsible space operations, and national security.
Brett’s remarks will highlight Secure World Foundation resources and areas of expertise, including the Handbook for New Actors in Space and SWF’s work on space security topics such as counterspace capabilities and findings from Global Counterspace Capabilities: An Open Source Assessment.
ASTRA Workshop 2026 will bring together students, researchers, industry professionals, government representatives, policy leaders, startups, sponsors, and community partners for conversations about the future of space exploration, aerospace innovation, robotics, autonomy, and emerging space technologies.
