On Thursday, July 15th, SWF Washington Office Director Ms. Victoria Samson and Director of Program Planning Dr. Brian Weeden took part in a closed briefing to the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Ms. Samson and Dr. Weeden provided a short overview of SWF's 2021 Global Counterspace Capabilities report as well as their assessment of the overall current space security situation and potential solutions. They were joined in the briefing by experts from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Planet, and Dr. Heather Wilson, former Secretary of the Air Force.
