Secure World Foundation experts Victoria Samson, Chief Director of Space Security and Stability, and Krystal Azelton, Senior Director of Program Planning, have published an op-ed in Military Times examining the implications of linking the proposed Golden Dome missile defense concept to control over Greenland.
In “Why Greenland’s takeover by the US is not needed for Golden Dome,” the authors argue that assertions about the necessity of acquiring Greenland for national security and space defense objectives are both misleading and counterproductive.
