SWF Filing: Comments on FAA Proposal to Waive Statutory Requirements for Commercial Space Launch and Reentry

- Provide a quantified cost-benefit assessment for each statutory requirement considered for waiver
- Complete the required interagency consultations and provide structured opportunities for stakeholder input
- Make resulting analyses available and extend or reopen the comment period for meaningful public review
